Ted Holzum, President and Sales Manager / Owner
Ted started with Standley Batch in 1977 and worked for several years in the plant before becoming Leadman. He was eventually promoted to Plant Manager, and in 2000, Ted purchased the Standley Batch Company from Richard Griffith.
As President and Sales Manager for Standley Batch, Ted oversees all sales, prepares plant proposals, consults with customers about plant design, and provides troubleshooting expertise when necessary. He also developed the color dispensing system Standley uses today.

Shapley Hunter, Vice President and Plant Design Manager / Owner
As Design Manager for Standley Batch, all initial layout - including the actual plant design and the equipment necessary for each - fall under Shapley’s area of expertise. Shapley joined Standley Batch in 1986 as Plant Detail Technician and then became Drafting Manager. In 2000, he became part owner of the company.

Sally Strickland , Secretary and Treasurer / Office Manager / Owner
Sally, who is also part owner of Standley Batch, is responsible for preparing all equipment proposals and for the financial management and the overall customer service of the company. She came to Standley Batch in 1989 with over 12 years of office management experience. Sally has not only managed the financial growth of the company as it has quadrupled in size, but she has also overseen the growth of the office staff which has more than doubled.

Steve Basham, Plant Manager
Steve has been with Standley since 1987. He started as a Welder, was a Leadman for over 10 years and was promoted to Plant Manager in 2000.
As Plant Manager, Steve oversees all equipment production, schedules equipment shipments, manages plant personnel, and ensures product quality control.

Justin Pattengill, Project Manager
As Project Manager, Justin Pattengill coordinates each project from the initial purchase to the final plant design, overseeing each detail. He has been with Standley since 2000 and has worked as a Detail Technician, Draftsman and Lead Draftsman.

Kirby Sokolowski, Purchaser
Kirby, who has seventeen years of detailing and design experience with Standley, is now the Standley Purchasing Agent. He is responsible for inventory control, vendor relations and ordering component parts for all new plant equipment.

Mark Hoffman, Sales and Trade Show Manager
Mark has been with Standley Batch since 2001. Formerly the Purchasing Agent for Standley, Mark is now in Sales and is also the Trade Show Manager. In his current position, Mark consults with customers and acts as Standley’s liaison at industry shows and conferences. He is responsible for working with customers and making sure that Standley is well-represented at industry events.

Heather Turner, Administrative Assistant
Heather has been the Administrative Assistant at Standley since 2001. She is responsible for directing incoming phone calls, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and also acts as Safety Manager.
Hers is the voice that greets customers when they call, insuring that each is connected to the correct person to assist them.
